Wheeling Business Luncheon

Dan met with a dozen business people from the Wheeling area today and discussed the economy and small business concerns. Questions covered the federal stimulus plan, the health care bill that passed in the U.S. House on Saturday evening, financing needs for small businesses, and investment needed in R&D to jump start the economy.
