October 26th at 7:30 p.m. at the Northbrook Library, 1201 Cedar Lane

“We stand at the beginning of a century where enormous gains in women’s health scholarship and medical practice will be possible. We plan to make 21st century possibilities for a healthy life and prevention of disease in women a reality.” Teresa K. Woodruff, PhD.

“Women’s health must be at the forefront of health care reform.”
Dan Seals

Watkins Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and the founder of the Institute for Women’s Health Research, she will explore these and other questions:
• Why does women’s health in Illinois rank 33rd in the nation?
